[Sofia's been staying at the desert areas for some anthropology work for over a month now, with nothing but wide open desert, some hills over the horizon, and a really small town within walking distance. While she wasn't alone in the desert, nobody in her anthropology team is really someone she'd invite to watch the meteor shower happening tonight. While preparing for it, she figured giving Aura a call and see if the engineer wouldn't mind watching this rare phenomenon with her. The city is only an hour and a half away by car, so that's not so bad right? When it got dark enough, Sofia waited on top of her assigned trailer sitting on a beach chair, with an empty one right next to her's. The only thing to do right now is wait...]

[After being released from her prison sentence, Aura...really had little else to do other than return to her daily life and continue her work at GYAXA. Dealing with the robots for so long, however, grew tiresome after a while, so when Sofia invites her to stargaze, she's more than inclined to accept out of sheer boredom and annoyance. Sure, it's not her thing, but she's not going to complain about even a brief moment of a change of pace. When she arrives, the signature robot that's always by her side is present there with her, but Aura doesn't seem to pay it much mind; she places a hand on her hip, eyeing Sofia quizzically.]

Stargazing, huh? Who would've thought you'd be into that sort of thing?

[Though her voice sounds snide, she is playfully teasing...for once, anyway. It's far different from her usual sarcastic remarks.]

Heh, ol' Hunk of Junk here's enough to keep me company, so it's more like you didn't want to be bored to death without me.

[She smirks, and when the ladder descends, she starts making her way up. Of course, Clonco, being a robot, can't climb the stepladder himself; Aura doesn't even seen to be concerned with him coming up, either. Once she's on top of the trailer, she makes her way to the chair and plops down, crossing one leg over the other.]

Glad to be here, I guess. Stargazing's not really my thing, so you're lucky you're one of the few I'll make exceptions for.

You're just slightly less annoying than everyone else.

[Ever since her personality changed, Aura has never been good with expressing her feelings openly. Even with her brother, whom she no doubt cared about, she couldn't just play the part of the affectionate, doting older sister; even he was victim to her witty remarks, but...it wasn't as if she meant anything by them. It was just the way that she was. It was easy to differentiate when she cared about someone and when she didn't through the severity of her comments.]

So, what are we looking at here?

[Aura took the mug, glancing down at it as if to determine its contents, before finally snorting in response to Sofia's comment.]

An overseas location, huh? No idea where I'd go...guess I could do to one of those European countries or whatever. It was where Metis and her little princess lived for a while.

[Not that she had any interest in travelling, really. After her comment, she brought the mug to her lips, taking a sip as she glanced up towards the sky. So far, there was nothing of interest was happening right now. Aura sighed, pulling the mug away and sitting it in her lap, hands cupped on either side.]

So, when's this thing supposed to be happening anyways?
